Role Description

We are recruiting for a full-time Sales Support Specialist at our Des Plaines, IL office. This position will serve as the right-hand to our sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth as OFR has a proven track record of promoting from within.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing quotes and orders

- Scheduling and other order logistics

- Interacting with customers and vendors

- Project management and follow-up

- Assist operations with oversight of incoming and outgoing product

Qualifications:

- Sales support and/or project management experience preferred

- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word (MS Office)

- Knowledge in SalesPad a plus

- Must possess excellent people skills, a willingness to learn and be a part of a team

- Must be friendly, confident, well-organized, adaptable and be a creative problem solver

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to prioritize/coordinate tasks and meet deadlines

- Ability to bend, lift, reach, stretch and the ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
